Tis the season to ask big questions.... The depth of winter is upon us.  The pendulum swings toward new life for the next 6 months. The Courage to Live

The other night I met with a man who a friend who connected me with.  We don't know the 'why' behind our connection yet.  We're figuring that out.  He could become a friend, a mentor, a business opportunity...  We'll see. Are you on the right path?

I got in my car.  My intuition told me to go to the Pearl Cup.  The one downtown.  I've never been there.  Downtown has no parking.  I begrudged to my intuition, "There won't be parking.  I don't want to." This morning I told my life story to 5 men I'm friends with.  I revealed pieces of my past very few have seen.  I took a risk.  I told the truth.  It was an act of revelation. How do you find your way home…

The pastor, Paul's, voice was thrown from the ceiling speakers.  Dave stared into space.  Paul spoke about the power of confession.  The cleansing and healing that comes when we confess to another person.  Dave sat.  A 1000 yard stare.  He looked lost.  Distant.  Like someone who could not see beyond the miles of brokenness that led him to this moment.
