I get lost in the act of wishing. I wish I played tennis more.  I wish I were more extroverted.   I wish I played guitar better.  I wish I did a better job of marketing this blog.   More people are watching porn than ever before. A recent poll showed that 79% of people are consuming porn nowadays. It was in the 30% range in 1983. The studies also show people are having less sex. They are masturbating more. We are a lazy species. We will do the thing that costs us the least. Contact and direct interaction are expensive. Steve Jobs influenced the world.  No doubt.  Time will tell the significance and meaning of that influence.  I did not know Steve Jobs to like or dislike him.  I can't comment on his character.  I never experienced it.  He said things that inspire me. Based on the number of reposts and tweets, he inspired others, too. The habit habit

I got out of the habit of good habits. My Mom visited me a few weeks ago.  The following week I celebrated a birthday over the course of a few days.   Then we welcomed a new nephew to our family.   We spent time in the hospital and visiting.   I loved seeing my Mom.  I had a great time for my birthday.  It was wonderful spending time with family to celebrate the nephew.   I changed my routine that week.  I adapted it to the circumstances. Don’t be an idiot!

The second I touched it, my heart sank.  I selected the 'Settings' icon.  The app hiccuped.  It looked like it might work.  Then it froze. I'm frustrated.  I wrote my post today.  I wrote it on my phone.  It's convenient that there's a Wordpress app for the iPhone.  There is an inconvenience - I have to copy the text of what I write to the clipboard before I save the draft.  If I don't the app might blow up.  I'll lose what I wrote.
